your payment is received by 12 noon CST, your order will ship
the following business day (excluding holidays).
If
your payment is received after 12 noon CST, your order will
be processed the following business day and shipped the next
business day thereafter (two business days after receipt of
payment, excluding holidays).
Items
are shipped via UPS, FEDEX, and USPS at actual cost.
- If
a faster shipment method is availible for the same price as
what you have indicated, we will automatically upgrade to
save you time.
- Large
orders will be split into multiple carton shipments to reduce
the risk of damage, and ease handling of the product.
At
this time, we do not ship outside the United States, however
we do ship to APO addresses on a regular basis. CAT 5 Cable
Company proudly supports our men and women of the Armed Forces.
You
may request expidited order processing, but you must call our
customer service number at 501-944-2840 and request it from a customer
support representative. Please have the order number ready when
you call.
All
of our cables are custom, hand-assembled products, therefore,
large orders often require additional lead time. If your order
will require additional lead time, one of our representatives
will contact you to advise you of that fact. You are welcome
to call before placing your order as well, if you have any questions.
